描述了一个基于光切原理的多CCD脚型三维测量系统,介绍了系统的测量原理以及扫描控制系统的设计。该系统采用三台CCD从不同角度采样脚型,对光带图像进行分割、平滑等一系列处理,通过坐标变换后获得了脚型完整断面轮廓数据。采用标准圆柱体对系统进行了性能测试,测量误差小于0.5%,实验结果表明该系统具有良好的实用性。
A multi-CCD three-dimensional measuring system based on light-cutting principle is described. The measuring principle of the system and the design of the scanning control system are introduced. The system uses three CCD sampling feet from different angles, the light band image segmentation, smoothing and a series of processing, obtained through the coordinate transformation of the foot shape of the full profile data. The performance of the system was tested by a standard cylinder, the measurement error was less than 0.5%. The experimental results show that the system has good practicability.
