本文介绍了以E-EA联合玫瑰花结法检测人外周D淋巴细胞百分率的方法。31名健康人平均值为 2.1±1.7％。34例慢性肾小球肾炎病人检测结果较高(7.08±4.43％),与正常对照比较,具有统计学意义(t= 6.07,P<0.01)。这些病人的E玫瑰花结率较正常人显著减低。
This article describes the E-EA combined with rosette method of detecting peripheral D lymphocyte percentage. The average of 31 healthy people was 2.1 ± 1.7%. The results of 34 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were higher (7.08 ± 4.43%) than those of the normal controls (t = 6.07, P <0.01). The E rosettes rate of these patients was significantly lower than that of normal subjects.
