1992年11月27—28日,四川省人大常委会第32次会议分别决定:任命肖秧为四川省人民政府副省长;接受张皓若辞去四川省省长职务的请求。12月1日,省委副书记、副省长李伯勇主持召开省政府各部门负责人会议。李伯勇代表省委宣布:省委副书记、副省长肖秧主持省政府全面工作。张皓若、肖秧在会上发表了热情讲话。与会同志热烈欢送张皓若调任轻工部领导工作,热烈欢迎肖秧主持省政府全面工作。
From November 27 to November 28, 1992, the 32nd meeting of the Standing Committee of Sichuan Provincial People’s Congress decided respectively to appoint Xiao Yang as deputy governor of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government and to accept Zhang Hao’s resignation from his post as governor of Sichuan Province. On December 1, Li Bei Yong, deputy provincial party secretary and vice governor, chaired a meeting of heads of provincial government departments. On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee announced Li Bo Yong: Deputy Provincial Party Secretary and Deputy Governor Xiao Yang presided over the provincial government’s full-time work. Zhang Hao, Xiao Yang spoke passionately at the meeting. The comrades enthusiastically sent Zhang Hao if transferred to the leadership of the Ministry of Light Industry, warmly welcome Xiao Yang provincial government presided over the overall work.
