目的:探讨间置空肠术治疗近端胃癌较Roux-en-Y吻合的优越性;方法:选取我院2014年1月-2016年6月近端胃癌患者80例为研究对象,比较两组患者的术后并发症和生活质量;结果:观察组患者并发症发生率显著低于对照组,观察组生活质量显著高于对照组;结论:间置空肠术较Roux-en-Y吻合术具有并发症少,术后生活质量好的优势,操作简单易行,危险性小,值得借鉴。
Objective: To investigate the superiority of interdental jejunostomy in the treatment of proximal gastric cancer compared with Roux-en-Y.Methods: Eighty patients with proximal gastric cancer from January 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected as research objects. .Results: The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion: The jejunostomy is more complicated than the Roux-en-Y anastomosis Less disease, good quality of life after surgery, easy to operate, less dangerous, it is worth learning.
