本文用透射电镜复型及薄膜方法研究了低碳钢在亚温(α十γ)区域加热时奥氏体的形成并讨论了预先冷轧变形对奥氏体化的影响。结果表明,原始组织为铁素体加珠光体的退火低碳钢在亚温区奥氏体化时,奥氏体不仅在铁素体晶界上形成,也可在铁素体晶粒内形成。预先冷轧变形使退火组织在亚温区奥氏体化时,珠光体球化大大加速,并且有更多的奥氏体在铁素体晶粒内形成,但是奥氏体形成过程的基本特征不变。
In this paper, the formation of austenite in low-carbon steel heated in the sub-temperature (α-10 γ) region was studied by TEM and film method. The effect of pre-cold rolling deformation on austenitization was also discussed. The results show that the austenite is not only formed on the ferrite grain boundaries but also formed in the ferrite grains when the original structure is ferrite plus pearlite annealed mild steel during austenitization in the sub-temperature region . Pre-cold deformation causes the annealed tissue to austenitize in the sub-temperature zone, the pearlite spheroidization greatly accelerates, and more austenite forms in the ferrite grains, but the basic characteristics of the austenite formation process constant.
