患儿,男,8岁半,左右腮腺交替或双侧同时肿胀反复多次发作5年,间隔时间多在1月左右,共15次,计右侧9次,左侧4次,双侧2次,均无明确的流行性腮腺炎接触史。每次发作腮腺肿胀约4cm×4cm,有触痛,有时伴有38.5℃左右的体温及卡他性中耳炎、咽炎。严重时伴有张口困难。多次予抗病毒药物或对症处理,一般3～5天肿胀消退。患儿易患呼吸道感染,多在鼻塞后即有腮腺肿痛,2年来常有双下肢肌肉酸痛及膝关节
