本文从ESP的角度出发,对300名飞行学生的通用英语和飞行英语水平进行调查,证实了通用英语水平不好势必影响飞行英语水平的假设。文章结论是飞行学生要学好飞行英语,必须首先在通用英语学习阶段解决基本语言问题。另一方面,ESP教师在教授飞行英语时也不能完全把其与通用英语剥离,忽视学生的根本问题所在。
In this paper, from the point of view of ESP, the survey on the common English and flight English of 300 flight students confirms the hypothesis that the general English level is not good and will affect the level of flight English. The conclusion of the article is that flying students should learn English well and must first solve the basic language problems in the common English learning stage. On the other hand, ESP teachers can not completely break away from General English while teaching flying English, neglecting students’ fundamental problems.
