壳牌公司表示,公司已经完成向马来西亚恒源国际公司出售旗下位于马来西亚的壳牌炼油公司(SRC)51%股权的交易,该交易的价格为6630万美元。壳牌表示,此次资产出售交易与公司的下游业务发展战略一致,将全球下游业务集中在最具有竞争力的地区。
Shell said it has completed the sale to Malaysia Hengyuan International of its 51% stake in Shell Refining Co Ltd (SRC) in Malaysia at a price of $ 66.3 million. Shell said the sale of assets and the company’s downstream business development strategy in line with the global downstream business will be concentrated in the most competitive regions.
