一、抗日民族解放战争(一)全面抗战局面的实现与人民抗日力量的发展1937年7月7日,日本侵略军向北平西南卢沟桥中国驻军发动进攻,中国军队奋起抵抗。由此而始,中华民族伟大的抗日战争爆发。抗日战争爆发后,中国共产党继续积极为建立抗日民族统一战线而努力。中共中央连续发表通电,呼吁国共两党紧密合作抗击日本的进攻,并派出周恩来、朱德、叶剑英和国民党蒋介石多次谈判。经过中国共产党的大力争取,9月22日,国民党中央社发表了《中共中央为公布国共合作宣言》。23日,蒋介石发表谈话,实际上承认了中国共产党的合法地位。至此,中国共产党倡导的以国共合作为主要标志的抗日民族统一战线正式形成。为了确定中国共产党在抗日战争中的方针、政策,1937年8月,中共中央在陕北洛川召开了政治局扩大会议。毛泽东在会上作了关于军事问题和国共两党关系问题的报告。会议通过了《关于目前形势与党的任务的决定》
I. Anti-Japanese War for National Liberation (I) Realization of the All-round Anti-Japanese War and the Development of the People’s Anti-Japanese Forces On July 7, 1937, the Japanese aggressors attacked the Chinese garrison station at the Lugou Bridge in southwestern Peiping, and the Chinese armed forces rose to resist. From this point onwards, the great Chinese anti-Japanese war broke out. After the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War, the Chinese Communist Party continued its active efforts to establish an anti-Japanese national united front. The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued a continuous power-on call, calling on both the Kuomintang and the Communist Party to work closely with each other to fight the Japanese attack and dispatch several rounds of negotiations between Zhou Enlai, Zhu De, Ye Jianying and the Kuomintang Chiang Kai-shek. After the vigorous efforts of the Communist Party of China, on September 22, the Kuomintang Central News Agency issued the “Declaration of CPC Central Committee for Publicizing the Cooperation between the KMT and the CPC.” On the 23rd, Chiang Kai-shek made a statement and in fact admitted the legitimacy of the Chinese Communist Party. At this point, the anti-Japanese national united front advocated by the CPC as the main symbol of the alliance between the KMT and the CPC was formally formed. In order to determine the principles and policies of the Chinese Communist Party during the Anti-Japanese War, in August 1937 the CPC Central Committee held an enlarged meeting of the Political Bureau in Luochuan, northern Shaanxi. Mao Zedong made a report on the military issue and the relations between the KMT and the CPC. The meeting passed the “Decision on the Current Situation and the Task of the Party”
