本文介绍了两套大流量(400加仑/分)和低压(1000磅/英寸~2)移动式水枪水射流采矿系统的井内试验结果。这两套系统均由水射流切割设备和浆液泵送设备组成。水射流切割用的水枪安装在自行式车辆的铰接臂上,并用软管连接到300马力电动机驱动的锅炉给水泵的出口。浆液泵送系统由配有一台简单喷射泵的吸入箱组成。试验结果表明,水射流破碎圣彼得砂岩的效率为25~50吨/小时,破碎后的砂粒制成浆液可以30~40吨/小时的速率泵送到工作面以外。工作面推进时,操作工在防溅喷方面出现了一些操作上的问题。提出了关于设计遥控水枪的建议,以克服手工操纵水枪时的种种困难。
This article describes the in-well test results of two large-flow (400 gallon / minute) and low-pressure (1000 psi) mobile waterjet waterjet mining systems. Both systems consist of waterjet cutting equipment and slurry pumping equipment. Water jet cutting water gun installed in the articulated arm of the self-propelled vehicles, and hose connected to the 300 horsepower motor-driven boiler feed pump outlet. The slurry pumping system consists of a suction box with a simple jet pump. The test results show that the water jet shattered St. Peter sandstone efficiency of 25 to 50 tons / hour, crushed sand slurry can be 30 ~ 40 tons / hour pumping rate to the outside of the work surface. When the work surface is advanced, the operator has some operational problems in splash proofing. Proposals on the design of remotely controlled water guns were presented to overcome the difficulties encountered when manually operating the water guns.
