近年来,有些合营企业实行了承包经营,出现了不少亟待解决的问题。现就其中几个主要问题谈些粗浅的看法。一、合营企业实行承包经营的方式和做法合营企业实行承包经营一般都签订有承包合同。但由于我国目前还没有制订颁行合营企业实行承包经营的法律、法规,企业无法可依,因而承包合同规定的承包方式及其具体做法多种多样:
