目的观察健康青年四肢血压的差异及其父母有无高血压的影响。方法共入选南昌高校在读健康男学生220名,入选学生年龄(19.4±1.7)岁,按其父母有无高血压分成3组:父母均有高血压(Ⅰ组,n=18);父或母有高血压(Ⅱ组,n=65);父母均无高血压(Ⅲ组,n=137)。父母年龄均在40～50岁之间,均无吸烟史,采用欧姆龙科林-全自动动脉硬化检测诊断仪BP203RPE-Ⅱ(VP-1000)同步测量四肢血压。结果3组人群上肢及踝部收缩压均无差异,但舒张压水平无论臂踝均表现为Ⅰ和Ⅱ组显著高于Ⅲ组,Ⅰ和Ⅱ两组间无明显区别。自身血压分析,双上肢收缩压差和舒张压差分别为(-0.887±0.673)和(-0.792±0.683)mmHg,差异无统计学意义;踝部血压明显高于臂部血压,主要表现在收缩压间,而舒张压间未见明显区别。结论同步测量四肢血压表明上肢左右相差并不大,踝部血压比上臂高10～20mmHg,主要体现在收缩压间,而舒张压差别不大。父母早发高血压患者其健康子代在青年期舒张压水平相对较高。
Objective To observe the difference of blood pressure in healthy limbs and whether or not their parents have hypertension. Methods A total of 220 male students were enrolled in Nanchang colleges and universities. The age of the selected students was 19.4 ± 1.7 years old. The parents were divided into 3 groups according to whether the parents had high blood pressure. The parents had hypertension (group Ⅰ, n = 18) Hypertension (group II, n = 65); neither parent had hypertension (group III, n = 137). Parents aged 40 to 50 years old, no smoking history, the use of Omron Colin - automatic arteriosclerosis diagnostic tool BP203RPE-Ⅱ (VP-1000) simultaneous measurement of limb blood pressure. Results There was no difference in systolic pressure between upper limbs and ankles in all three groups. However, the level of diastolic blood pressure was higher in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ than in group Ⅲ, but there was no significant difference between group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ. Self-blood pressure analysis showed that the systolic and diastolic pressures of the upper extremities were (-0.887 ± 0.673) and (-0.792 ± 0.683) mmHg, respectively, with no significant difference. The ankle pressure was significantly higher than that of the arm, Pressure, but no significant difference between diastolic blood pressure. Conclusions Simultaneous measurement of blood pressure in the extremities showed that the upper and lower extremities did not differ greatly. The blood pressure in the ankle was 10 ~ 20mmHg higher than that in the upper extremity, which was mainly reflected in the systolic pressure but not in the diastolic pressure. Parents of early hypertensive patients with their healthy offspring in diastolic blood pressure levels are relatively high.
