用激光表面合金化方法在20钢的表面制备一层钨铜复合涂层,并对合金化层的金相组织、显微硬度、耐磨性进行了分析。结果表明:当激光功率为700 W,扫描速度为10 mm/s时,合金化层的组织最为细小、均匀、致密;合金化层的硬度最高;耐磨性得到提高。
A layer of tungsten-copper composite coating was prepared on the surface of 20 steel by laser surface alloying method. The microstructure, microhardness and wear resistance of the alloyed layer were analyzed. The results show that when the laser power is 700 W and the scanning speed is 10 mm / s, the microstructure of the alloyed layer is the smallest, uniform and dense. The hardness of the alloyed layer is the highest and the wear resistance is improved.
