“双师结构”教学团队建设对保证人才培养质量,深化高职院校内涵建设,具有关键性意义。高职产学研合作教育为“双师结构”教学团队建设提供了平台、实施路径和机制保障。基于产学研模式下的“双师结构”教学团队建设与管理的实践,建立开放性的管理机制,构建以能力为本位、精细化建设与整体建设相结合的运行机制,以质量保障为目标的评价监控机制,是建设“双师结构”教学团队的有效对策。
