河南省是全国三大苹果产区之一,总面积127万亩,年平均产量3.5亿公斤左右。采收季节苹果大量上市,烂果损失严重,为此,广大技术人员和果农广泛开展了苹果贮藏保鲜试验,现将窑洞硅窗帐气调贮藏法介绍如下。一、窑洞硅窗帐气调贮藏技术利用窑洞内比较恒定的低温高湿条件和硅窗帐自动控制帐内低氧、高二氧化碳气体环境的特性,进行苹果贮藏,获得抑制呼吸和衰老,延长保鲜期的效果,是窑洞硅窗帐气调贮藏的主要特点,窑洞硅窗帐气调贮藏技术由窑洞建造、硅窗帐及其框架加工、贮藏期间管理三个部分组成。
