该文报道了有肺胸膜病变的狼疮性肾炎患者１５２例，其中女性１３２例（８６．９％），男性２０例（１３．１％），＜４０岁者１１５例（７５．７％）。主要表现为间质性肾炎、狼疮性胸膜炎、狼疮性肺炎等。有肺胸膜病变的狼疮性肾炎患者的死亡率明显高于无肺胸膜病变的患者（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
This article reports 152 patients with lupus nephritis with pleuropulmonary lesions, 132 of whom (86.9%) were women, 20 (13.1%) were men and 115 (75.7%) were <40 years old. Mainly for interstitial nephritis, lupus pleurisy, lupus pneumonia and so on. Mortality in patients with lupus nephritis with pleuropulmonary disease was significantly higher than in those without pleuropulmonary disease (P <0.01).
