2001年7月底,我国移动电话用户数达1.206亿,成为世界第一 大移动电话用户大国。按照这一统计,我国目前移动电话普及率达 到9.2部每百人,而且仍在呈飞速增长之势。移动通信的迅猛发展, 使每个人的工作和生活都与手机越来越休戚相关。因此,移动通信 网络通信质量的好坏,直接影响到人们的工作和生活。 为了使广大移动电话用户能够享受可靠优质的移动通信服务, 配合政府监管部门做好电信服务质量监督工作,推动我国移动电话 运营商不断改善服务,提升网络质量,9月10至15日,全国电信用 户委员会组织开展了“移动通信网络质量东部行”活动。参加活动 的有来自全国妇联、中国证监会、北京市政府、中国社科院、中国 消费老协会、首钡集团等机构和企业的全国电信用户委员会委员, 有信息产业部电信传输研究所的专家,有《通信世界》、《人民邮电》 报、《经济日报》等新闻媒体记者,还有信息产业部电信管理局的官 员、一行15人由全国电信用户委员会主席欧阳庆林亲自带队,沿着 京沪高速公路,模拟普通手机用户,在高速公路、城市偏远地带、繁华市区拨打手机,测试两家运营者的手机接八网络时间,了解通话时有无掉话、回声、串话、单向、断续、失真等通话质量问题;在济南、江苏淮?
