纳米红色元素硒是一种纳米粒子 ,粒径在 2 0nm~6 0nm之间。采用Lewis肺癌 (LLC)移植瘤模型观察其抗肿瘤功效。小鼠分别灌喂纳米红色元素硒 2mg/kg .bw、4mg/kg .bw、8mg/kg .bw 3种剂量 10天。结果表明 :与正常对照组比 ,纳米红色元素硒可显著抑制LLC移植瘤的体积与重量。小鼠分别灌喂纳米红色元素硒 8mg/kg .bw和环磷酰胺 2 0 μg/kg .bw10天 ,与正常对照组比 ,二者皆可明显抑制LLC移植瘤的体积、重量、自发性肺转移 ,延长荷瘤小鼠的生存时间 ,二者之间无显著性差异。表明 ,纳米红色元素晒有较好的抗Lewis肺癌移植瘤效果。
The nano red element selenium is a type of nanoparticle with a particle size between 20 nm and 60 nm. The Lewis lung cancer (LLC) xenograft model was used to observe its antitumor efficacy. Mice were separately fed with three doses of nano red selenium 2 mg/kg bw, 4 mg/kg bw, and 8 mg/kg bw for 10 days. The results showed that compared with the normal control group, the nano red elemental selenium could significantly inhibit the volume and weight of LLC transplanted tumors. Mice were fed with nano-red selenium 8 mg/kg bw and cyclophosphamide 20 μg/kg bw for 10 days. Compared with the normal control group, both of them significantly inhibited the volume, weight, and spontaneous lung function of LLC transplanted tumors. There was no significant difference between the two groups in metastasis and prolonging the survival time of tumor-bearing mice. It shows that the nano red element has a better anti-Lewis lung cancer xenograft effect.
