地戈辛的治疗指数较小,为保证用药安全有效,临床常需进行血药浓度的监测。Jusko等曾发现,长期接受地戈辛治疗的病人其血清和唾液浓度之间存在相关。鉴于在临床监测、药物动力学和生物利用度研究上,采用唾液浓度比血清浓度更为简便,本文在研究健康人单次给药后血清和唾液浓度的关系的基础上,比较了用两种样品浓度计算药物动力学参数和生物利用度的结果,为临床研究实践中采用唾液浓度提供依据。
