十月革命开辟了一个新时代,但它本身并没有同时解决社会主义的模式问题。高度集权的苏联经济政治管理体制,是经过多年的斗争和实践而逐渐形成的。这种模式也许不是唯一可能的选择,但历史不能假设。
The October Revolution opened up a new era, but it itself did not solve the socialist model problem at the same time. The highly centralized Soviet economic and political management system was gradually formed through years of struggle and practice. This model may not be the only possible choice, but history can not be assumed.
