在罐装液体物料(罐装饮料、药物、化工原料等)的生产流水线上,控制和监督罐装液体物料容量是极其重要的。通常流水线的罐装速度超过每秒2罐,由于机械惯性,用常规电子皮带秤无法在流水线上测量罐装液体的重量。为了解决在罐装流水线上罐装液位的检测,我们研制了罐装液位检测仪。它是利用低能光子源(~(241)Am)与被测物质相互作用后:射线强度随被检测物料料而位置而变化的原理,来检测罐装液体物料容量。仪器由信号检测装置(测量头)和操作台两部分组成。检测装置防潮密封,外结构件用不锈钢制成,安装在罐装流水线的传输带上部。操作台和信号检测装置用1m长电缆连接,操作台采用Z80微机系统实现自动计算和分析,用数字分别显示合格罐装和不合格罐裴的累计数,并由气动推杆自动剔除不合格罐装。剔
