本文研究了两层验前信息下,指数寿命型可靠性增长试验中失效率λ的Bayes估计问题。文中首先讨论了历次寿命试验中关于失效率的回归模型问题,然后由N阶段的可靠性增长试验的子样,运用Bayes方法,给出了两层验前信息下λ的估计方法。为了说明文中的方法和工程应用,讨论了单层验前信息下的验前建模方法及其在多阶段可靠性增长试验中的运用。最后给出了失效率的具体Bayes估计的计算公式。
In this paper, Bayesian estimation of failure rate λ in exponential life-span reliability growth test under two layers of pre-test information is studied. In the paper, the regression model about failure rate in the previous life test is discussed first. Then, the Bayesian method is used to estimate the λ under two layers of pre-test information from sub-samples of N-stage reliability growth test. In order to illustrate the method and engineering application, pre-test modeling under single-layer pre-test information and its application in multi-stage reliability growth test are discussed. Finally, the calculation formula of specific Bayesian estimation of failure rate is given.
