最近媒体报道,一位离休老者卧底丐帮,揭开了残害儿童黑幕,并将调查手记于2006年8月送达温家宝总理手中。温总理批示给公安部长周永康,要求对残害儿童的犯罪分子予以打击。周永康立即批给深圳市相关领导,要求认真落实温总理的批示。一场综合整治运动集中在深圳展开,短短几天解救丐童47人,惩处了一批拐卖、残害、胁迫未成年人的犯罪团伙头目。在综合整治期间,病残乞儿绝迹。2006年末至2007年初,这位离休老者到深圳,卧底丐帮的情景再次闯入他的视线。他认为治理城市中痼疾采取“运动式”是死灰复燃的重要原因之一。
According to recent media reports, a veteran beggar lifted an undercover gang of criminals and opened a handful of investigative notes to Premier Wen Jiabao in August 2006.
