张玉清,男,陕西横山县人,1953年12月26日生,中共党员,大学文化程度,内科主任医师,现任横山县医院院长、书记。系陕西省先进工作者,陕西省卫生系统先进个人,白求恩精神奖获得者,优秀共产党员。张玉清于1969年12月在横山县应征入伍,在部队医院历任班长、代理护士长、团支部书记、革命军人委员会主任、党支部委员,1970年,由部队选送到陕西省卫校医训班学习,1971年4月加入中国共产党。1971年12月在上海医科大学医学系上学,先后任班
