作者采用两种方法对20名护士长进行考察和评价,以便量才使用、因才施教。①灰色聚类法:先按护理骨干应具备的三种素质(即业务素质,精神和心理,人际关系)进行评分,然后按三种类型(即学术带头人、管理骨干和技术骨干)用灰色聚类法计算该护士长归属于哪一个类型。②民意测验法:根据对护士长的要求,按工作能力、工作态度、组织能力及影响力等三个方面和对护士长总的评价,由各科护士给该科护士长评分,采用无记名投票方式。两种考评方式相符率达90%,为量化考评护理人才,提供了客观依据。
The author used two methods to inspect and evaluate the 20 head nurses so that they could use them before they were able to teach them. 1Gray clustering method: firstly score three qualities (ie, professional quality, mental and psychological, and interpersonal relationships) that should be possessed by the nursing backbone, and then use three types (ie, academic leaders, management backbones, and technical backbones) to use gray. The clustering method calculates which type the head nurse belongs to. 2 opinion polling method: according to the requirements of the head nurse, according to the three aspects of work ability, work attitude, organizational ability and influence, and the general evaluation of the head nurse, the nurses of the various departments to score the department head nurse, vote by secret ballot the way. The coincidence rate of the two assessment methods reached 90%, which provided an objective basis for quantifying and evaluating nursing talents.
