目前,稠油开采中仍然采用注蒸汽方法进行开采,国内采油厂注汽锅炉主设备或者附属设备大部分存在着老化的问题,因采油又是高温高压的运行环境且连续不中断,因此这其中存在着很多的安全风险和隐患,对人身和公共财产安全造成了巨大的威胁。本文将对油田注汽锅炉进行全面系统的排查分析,主要从安全以及风险这两个方面,找出其中影响安全生产的不利因素以及相应的原因,通过科学的技术和管理措施的运用,消灭安全风险隐患,保障注汽锅炉设备的安全运行。
