县属青少年体育学校体育人才的早期发现与定向培养,必须基于青少年自身的体育优长与个体兴趣,其次才是家长的认同与支持;在农村青少年成长与发展完全自主、多项选择的当下,县少年儿童体育学校无疑是一条艰难的成长之路;惟其艰难,体校教练必须善于调动与激发学生的成才内驱,使学生在为期四年的学习期间持之以恒、永不言弃。
The early detection and orientation training of PE talented athletes in county sports schools must be based on their own superior sports skills and individual interests, followed by parents’ approval and support. In the moment when the rural youth are fully autonomous and have multiple choices of growth and development, County Children’s Sports School is undoubtedly a difficult way to grow; but its difficult, physical education school coaches must be good at mobilizing and motivating students to become motivated, so that during the four-year study period, students will persevere and never give up.
