何谓高性能混凝土,业内有许多不同的解读和看法。但混凝土的施工性、设计强度的保证和耐久性是公认的三项评估高性能混凝土的技术要素。以往的观念,混凝土配合比的设计常常以强度为唯一指标,而忽视了施工性和耐久性指标。强度是重要的,必须达到。但如果施工性不好(包括混凝土和易性、粘聚性、保水性、可泵性等)就会影响混凝土的密实,出现裂缝而影响混凝土的耐久性。根据众所周知的生产混凝土用材料:水泥、掺合料、减水剂、水的特性,本文就设计和配置高性能混凝土时运用二多二少原则(二多就是高性能的减水剂要多用,优质高活性的掺合料要多用;二少就是在满足强度的前提下,水泥尽量少用,混凝土单位用水量尽量减少。)的结果与同行分享经验。
