Deputy Prime Minister Antoine Kizanga of Stanleyville, Republic of the Congo: I was shocked to learn that you, Mr. Batis Lumumba, Prime Minister of the Government, Mr. Joseph Okito, Senate President, and Maurice Mauport, Minister of Youth and Sports Unfortunately, Mr. Luo was killed by imperialists and their agents. The sad news came as the Chinese people were extremely furious. On behalf of the Government of the People’s Republic of China and the Chinese people, I hereby extend my deepest condolences to you, your government and people and extend our sincere condolences to the families of Prime Minister Lumumba and other martyrs.
