为探讨巨细胞病毒(CMV)宫内感染除致胎儿畸形外,对出生后存活儿是否遗留神经系统永久性损害,进行了前瞻性研究。妊娠期CMV感染所致先天性异常为2.17％(7/322),其中包括2例围产儿死亡及5例幼儿听路功能异常。多数研究表明其异常值为1％～2％。
In order to investigate cytomegalovirus (CMV) intrauterine infection in addition to causing fetal malformations, the survival of children born after the permanent damage to the nervous system, a prospective study. CMV infection during pregnancy caused by congenital anomalies of 2.17% (7/322), including 2 cases of perinatal death and 5 cases of children hearing abnormalities. Most studies show that the outlier is 1% ~ 2%.
