运用Miedema参数Φ ̄*,和尺寸因子R分别构成Miedema参数坐标和三维化学坐标成功地研究机械合金化二元过渡金属非晶合金的形成规律。基于实验事实所确定的机械合金化二元非晶的形成条件分别是和以上两判据区分机械合金化非晶态合金形成与否的准确度分别为80%和88%。从微观原子的相互作用以及固态反应非晶化热力学和动力学的角度分析了以上参数在描述机械合金化二元过渡族合金体系非晶形成规律的内在物理涵义以及与固态反应非晶化实现所需条件的联系。
The Miedema parameter Φ¯ * and dimension factor R are used to form the Miedema parameter coordinates and the three-dimensional chemical coordinates respectively. The formation regularity of mechanically alloyed binary transition metal amorphous alloys is successfully studied. Based on the experimental facts, the formation conditions of mechanically alloyed binary amorphous are respectively 80% and 88% of the accuracy of distinguishing mechanical alloying amorphous alloy from the above two criteria respectively. From the perspective of the interaction between microscopic atoms and the thermodynamics and kinetics of solid-state reaction amorphization, we analyze the intrinsic physical meaning of the above parameters in describing the formation of amorphous alloys in the binary system of mechanical alloying as well as with the realization of solid state reaction amorphization Necessary conditions of contact.
