儿童期意外损伤是由意想不到的原因所造成的损伤或死亡。已有文献报告0～5岁儿童意外死亡的原因分析。但是,意外损伤导致死亡在儿童期意外损伤中只占少数,而大部分的意外损伤可导致小儿身体的伤残或/及心理伤害。我们对648名农村小学生进行初步调查,分析此组儿童意外损伤的类型、特点及原因。
Accidental injury to childhood is injury or death caused by unexpected causes. An analysis of the causes of accidental death of children aged 0 ~ 5 years has been reported in the literature. However, unintentional injuries result in only a minority of accidental injuries in childhood, while the majority of unplanned injuries can result in physical or mental disability in children. We conducted a preliminary survey of 648 rural primary school students to analyze the types, characteristics and causes of this group of children’s accidental injuries.
