《社会福利》是由民政部主管、民政部社会福利和慈善事业促进司与民政部培训中心合办的一份国内外公开发行的半月刊(上半月为理论刊,下半月为实务刊),是中国社会福利和慈善事业领域唯一的国家级刊物。《社会福利》实务刊以社会福利实务工作为核心内容,定位于民政部社会福利和慈善事业促进司的相关业务范畴(包括儿童、老年人、残疾人福利以及慈善捐助、彩票管理、救助管理),侧重指导性、操作性、探索性和时效性。
