三峡及其周围地区,自然条件优越,人多地少,用作农业种植业的土地资源质量不好,工副业基础差,林业资源受到较严重的破坏,加上不合理的土地利用,导致了水土流失严重,危害巨大。解决三峡地区的水土流失问题,一是要确定该区发展的正确方针,就是要恢复植被,稳定耕地,建立三峡自然保护区;二是在措施上,应各行各业共同努力,采用生物和工程措施,并对崩塌、滑坡给予特别重视,才能逐步减轻水土流失及其危害。最后建议:在水土流失尚未得到基本控制以前,三峡大坝以不建为好。
The Three Gorges and its surrounding areas, with excellent natural conditions and a small population, have poor land resources, poor foundation workmanship and poor forestry resources, combined with unreasonable land use, resulting in Severe soil erosion, great harm. To solve the problem of water and soil loss in the Three Gorges area, the first is to determine the correct direction for the development of the district by restoring vegetation, stabilizing cultivated land and establishing the Three Gorges Nature Reserve. Secondly, in all measures, we should work hard with all walks of life to adopt biological and engineering Measures, and give special attention to collapse and landslide in order to gradually reduce soil erosion and its damage. Finally, it is suggested that the Three Gorges Dam will not be built as well before the soil and water loss have been basically controlled.
