传统的期刊组版方法是手工划版,操作上费时费力,易留下隐患,常因对一些影响因素考虑不周全而返工。基于精细化管理理念,将科技期刊组版工作精细化、数字化,使影响组版工作的诸多因素显性化和量化,在操作上,利用Excel的已有功能即可实现。实践证明,利用Excel精细化了的组版方法能有效提高科技期刊组版工作效率,与传统组版方法相比有明显的优越性。在理论上,本研究表明了精细化管理理念应用于科技期刊组版工作中是有效的、可行的;在实践上,基于Excel的数字化组版方法可减少技术编辑的劳动量,序化科技期刊出版的后期工作;出版工作结束后,Excel组版目录文档还是很好的档案材料,使人对过刊组版结果一目了然。
Traditional journals version of the method is a manual versioning, time-consuming and laborious operation, easy to leave hidden dangers, often due to some of the factors considered incomplete and rework. Based on the concept of meticulous management, the work of grouping of sci-tech periodicals is refined and digitized so as to make explicit and quantified many factors that affect group work. In practice, the existing functions of Excel can be realized. Practice has proved that the use of Excel refined group edition method can effectively improve the efficiency of science and technology jigsaw edition work, compared with the traditional group edition method has obvious advantages. In theory, this study shows that it is effective and practicable to apply the concept of meticulous management to group edition work of sci-tech periodicals. In practice, the digital group edition method based on Excel can reduce the amount of labor of editing editors, Publication of the late work; publishing work after the end of the Excel group version of the directory file is still a good file, making the results of the published version of the group at a glance.
