建筑信息模型(BIM)技术对建筑行业的改革具有革命性的意义,全世界建筑行业都在推广BIM技术,当然,我国也包括在内。目前,我国发展BIM技术的瓶颈就是缺乏BIM技术人才。BIM技术人才培养模式改革,是建筑施工企业实施跨越式发展对土木工程专业发展提出的必然要求。基于此,探究分析新常态下土木工程专业BIM技术人才培养工作,然后提出有效的培养措施解决目前BIM技术人才紧缺的现状。
Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology is revolutionary for the reform of the construction industry, and BIM technology is being promoted by the construction industry around the world, and of course my country is also included. At present, the bottleneck of developing BIM technology in China is the lack of BIM technical personnel. BIM technical personnel training mode of reform, is the inevitable request for the development of civil engineering by the construction enterprises implementing the leap-forward development. Based on this, we explore and analyze the training of BIM technical personnel in civil engineering under the new normal, and then propose effective training measures to solve the current shortage of BIM technical personnel.
