一、概述 1962年日本氧气顶吹转炉首次采用OG法回收转炉煤气、煤气显热、氧化铁粉尘获得成功,为节省和回收炼钢工艺过程的能源开辟了新的途径。经20年的生产实践,不断改进完善,已获得很大发展。1978年末,日本全国96座氧气顶吹转炉中,采用OG法回收转炉煤气的就有60座,占氧气顶吹转炉总座数的63%。回收煤气量逐年有所提高,1973年回收转炉煤气量平均仅为25.2Nm~3/t_钢,到1978年

Overview In 1962, Japan’s Oxygen Top Converter was the first to adopt OG method to recover converter gas, sensible heat of gas and iron oxide dust, which opened up a new way for saving and recycling the energy of the steelmaking process. After 20 years of production practice, continuous improvement and perfection, has achieved great development. At the end of 1978, 60 of the 96 oxygen top-blown converters in Japan were recovered by OG, accounting for 63% of the total number of top-blown oxygen converters.
