为消除轴类零件的应力集中,一般在轴阶梯处设置外圆弧R。对于尺寸较小的零件,R较小,均可手工简单加工。但对于尺寸很大的零件,如果阶梯大,就得设置较大的圆弧R。如图1所示的转子轴,其圆弧R车削时如不用工装,用手动加工极为困难。为此我们设计了车轴外圆弧装置,如图2所示。 1.结构特点 该装置主要由手轮、蜗杆传动、传动轴、圆锥齿轮传动、夹具体和刀架等组成。夹具体的尺寸,设计成能装夹于车床刀架上,能用支紧螺钉夹紧。该装置使用时应调整刀尖中心高与车床回转中心一致,并根据加工
