南中国海水域富含丰富的渔业和石油资源,是中国海上石油运输线的重要通道,保证在南中国海水域的独特地位对于中国经济发展的重要性不言而喻。随着南中国海域重要性的突显,对于在南中国海域分布的群岛的主权争夺问题也变得日益激烈。本篇文章将从介绍南海诸岛实际控制现状入手,重点从国际法角度上论证中国对南海诸岛的主权享有权,即中国在南海的独特地位是具有合法性的,并且在此基础上提出处理南海岛屿争端的相关建议。
South China Sea is rich in fisheries and oil resources. It is an important channel for China’s offshore oil transportation.
