国家体改委、国有资产管理局最近发出通知,要求对原有有限责任公司和股份有限公司进行规范。通知要求,公司与政府部门在行政上脱钩,不再具有隶属关系。凡国家公务员担任或兼任董事、经理及其它最高级管理职务的,一律依法清退。公司不向政府行政部门上缴任何形式的管理费,政府行政部门不得以行政手段任免公司董事、经理及其它高级管理人员。
The National Development and Reform Commission and the State-Owned Assets Administration Bureau recently issued a notice requesting that existing limited liability companies and joint stock companies be regulated. The notice requires that the company and the government department be decoupled administratively and no longer have affiliation. All civil servants in the country who serve as directors or managers or other senior management positions shall be retired according to law. The company does not pay any form of management fee to the government administrative department. The government administrative department may not appoint or remove directors, managers or other senior management personnel by administrative means.
