党的十七届三中全会提出,要建立促进城乡经济社会发展一体化制度,陕西近年在这方面中进行了积极试点,取得了一些成绩,但也存在一定的不足。本文主要从陕西城乡经济社会一体化发展现状、障碍、对策方面进行探讨。
The Third Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee proposed that an integrated system of promoting economic and social development in urban and rural areas should be established. Shaanxi has conducted an active pilot program in this area in recent years and made some achievements, but there are also some shortcomings. This paper mainly discusses the status quo, obstacles and countermeasures of economic and social integration in Shaanxi urban and rural areas.
