21世纪,无疑是中国老百姓盼望的小康社会得以实现的世纪。 站在21世纪的门口,我们瞻望新的世纪、新的生活、新的“地球村”前景,心里一定有许许多多的企盼、期待和指望。“人际多棱镜”能够拿出这么一块版面,让每一个读者畅所欲言,各执己见,这是我们杂志的幸运。 最让我感动的是许多残疾读者写来的稿件,他们最大的愿望是无障碍设施的普及,从而达到社会各阶层人士的人格平等、尊严平等,甚至竞争机会的平等,充分表现了残疾人同样希望为社会贡献力量,渴望实现自己人生价值的愿望。 展望21世纪,我们老百姓有理由信心十足,生活一定比20世纪的今天更加富有和美好,每个人的心情一定会更舒畅,更快乐的。
The 21st century is undoubtedly the century when the well-to-do society that Chinese people hope for. Standing at the gate of the 21st century, we look forward to the new century, new life and new “global village” prospects. There must be so many hopes, expectations and hopes in mind. “Interpersonal Prism” can come up with such a layout, so that every reader speak out, disdain, this is the luck of our magazine. What touched me most is the manuscripts written by many disabled readers.
