阀片的运动规律影响气阀的寿命及经济性。在启动过程中空压机阀片的运动规律随排气压力的变化而变化,并且正对着气缸部分的阀片运动规律与不正对气缸部分的阀片运动规律在启动过程中以及在额定负荷下也是不相同的。本文对此进行了实验研究。 在启动过程中,流经二级缸的气体由“穿过过程”转入“受压缩的过程”[1]。由前一过程转变到后一过程时,二级吸气压力远低于额定的中间压力数值,并且可以用一个简单的公式求出此数值。对这台试验机进行了计算,计算结果与实验相符。
