目的:探讨胃活灵片对功能性消化不良(FD)大鼠胃肠运动功能的影响。方法:将30只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组和胃活灵片组各10只,采用夹尾刺激法建立FD大鼠模型,观察胃活灵片对FD大鼠胃排空率、小肠推进比、P物质和胃动素水平的影响。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠胃排空率、小肠推进比、P物质和胃动素水平明显降低,胃活灵片能显著升高FD大鼠胃排空率、小肠推进比及P物质、胃动素水平。结论:胃活灵片通过升高P物质、胃动素水平促进胃排空和小肠推进,能有效治疗FD。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Weihuoling Tablet on gastrointestinal motility in rats with functional dyspepsia (FD). Methods: Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group and Weitengling group, 10 rats were used to establish the model of FD rats by tail-clamp stimulation. The gastric emptying rate , Intestinal propulsion ratio, substance P and motilin levels. Results: Compared with the normal group, the gastric emptying rate, small intestine propulsion ratio, substance P and motilin in the model group were significantly decreased. Wei - you - ling tablet could significantly increase the gastric emptying rate, small intestine propulsion ratio, P substance, motilin levels. Conclusion: Weitongling tablet can improve the gastric emptying and small intestine propulsion by elevating substance P and motilin. It can effectively treat FD.
