目的了解职业生涯规划辅导对中专护生职业定位的影响。方法将2007级中专护理班分为实验班和对照班,每班57人。两班均在第二学年开始学习护理专业课程,主要以课堂授课为主,实验室技术操练为辅。实验班除此以外接受为期1年的职业生涯规划辅导,通过开展专题讲座、谈话指导、就业咨询、训练就业技能等形式引导护生认识职业,认识自己,从榜样中获取力量,科学选择发展途径。结果 2008~2009学年第二学期实验班所有科目成绩均分为86.9±5.3,对照班为79.5±4.6,两班比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。干预后实验班对职业定位大部分条目的认同率显著高于对照班(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论职业生涯规划辅导可提高中专护生学习成绩,帮助护生更深地了解护理专业的就业前景、护理工作的性质和特点,为顺利就业奠定基础。
Objective To understand the impact of career planning counseling on occupational positioning of secondary nursing students. Methods 2007 secondary school nursing classes were divided into experimental classes and control classes, each class of 57 people. Both classes began studying Nursing Courses in the second year, mainly focusing on class teaching and supplemented by laboratory technical training. In addition to the experimental class to accept a one-year career planning counseling, through special lectures, talk counseling, employment counseling, training and employment skills to guide nurse students to understand the job, recognize themselves, to gain power from the example, the scientific choice of development path . Results The scores of all subjects in the second semester of 2008-2009 were 86.9 ± 5.3 in the experimental class and 79.5 ± 4.6 in the control group. There was significant difference between the two classes (P <0.01). After the intervention, the recognition rate of experimental class to most items of career orientation was significantly higher than that of control class (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion Career planning counseling can improve secondary school nursing students’ academic performance, help nursing students to understand the employment prospects of nursing profession, the nature and characteristics of nursing work, and lay the foundation for successful employment.
