通过对我国产后农业现状及开发潜力的评估，以及与国际先进水平的比较，提出了２１世纪我国发展产后农业的思路和对策：在调整农业产业结合和稳定农产品原料基地的基础上，重视现有技术装备的组装配套和推广应用，注重农产品市场体系建设和流通产业的开发，并且依靠科技进步，大力发展农业高新技术，特别是生物技术对我国产后农业的改造，以抓住产后农业发展的主动权，使我国农业在２１世纪初再上一新台阶。
Through the assessment of the current situation and development potential of post-harvest agriculture in our country and the comparison with the international advanced level, the author puts forward the ideas and countermeasures for developing post-natal agriculture in our country in the 21st century.
