采用半连续种子乳液聚合工艺来制备苯丙乳液,在其它条件不变的情况下,研究了非离子乳化剂壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚系列(NP)对苯丙乳液性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着NP-10用量的增加,乳液聚合速率增加,乳液化学稳定性增加,乳液粒子平均粒径减小,乳液黏度增加,乳胶膜吸水率增加;随着NP乙基化值的增加,乳液的玻璃化温度呈下降趋势,乳液的流变性不受NP-10用量的影响。因此,在制备不同用途的苯丙乳液时,必须严格控制非离子乳化剂NP-10的用量。
The semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization process was used to prepare styrene-acrylic emulsion. The influence of nonionic emulsifier nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (NP) on the properties of styrene-acrylic emulsion was studied under other conditions. The results showed that with the increase of the amount of NP-10, the emulsion polymerization rate increased, the emulsion chemical stability increased, the average particle size of emulsion particles decreased, the emulsion viscosity increased, and the water absorption of latex film increased. Increase, the glass transition temperature of the emulsion shows a downward trend, and the rheological properties of the emulsion are not affected by the amount of NP-10. Therefore, the preparation of different uses of styrene-acrylic emulsion, you must strictly control the amount of non-ionic emulsifier NP-10.
