虽然利用高效减水剂降低水灰比配制高性混凝土并不困难,但拌合物往往流动性很低,在实际应用中受到一定限制。为了满足施工要求的高流动性,就需要增大水泥用量。在高强混凝土中掺加粉煤灰不仅可以减少水泥用量,避免高水泥用量带来的不利影响,而且在养护后期可以获得明显的强度增长。采用高效减水剂和优质粉煤灰配制各种高流动性高强粉煤灰混凝土,并就粉煤灰用量对混凝土流动性和强度的影响进行了研究,还应用等效水灰比的概念,建立了粉煤灰高强混凝土的强度与等效水灰比、高效减水剂掺量、粉煤灰掺量之间的关系式。
Although the use of high-efficiency water-reducing agents to reduce the water-cement ratio is not difficult to formulate high-grade concrete, the mixture often has low fluidity and is limited in practical applications. In order to meet the high mobility required for construction, it is necessary to increase the amount of cement. Adding fly ash to high-strength concrete can not only reduce the amount of cement and avoid the adverse effects of high cement content, but also can achieve significant strength increase at the later stage of curing. A variety of high-flow, high-strength fly ash concrete was formulated with high-efficiency water reducer and high-quality fly ash, and the effect of fly ash on the fluidity and strength of concrete was studied. The concept of equivalent water-cement ratio was also used. The relationship between the strength of fly ash high-strength concrete and equivalent water-cement ratio, the amount of superplasticizer, and the amount of fly ash was established.
