高校扩招政策实施以来,许多高校开始扩大办学规模,增加招生人数,但师资力量有限,这在很大程度上限制了学生能力的培养,这在高职高专英语教学中体现的尤为明显。
Since the implementation of the expanded enrollment policy in colleges and universities, many colleges and universities have begun to expand the scale of running schools and increase the number of students enrolled. However, the limited teachers ’ability has greatly restricted the cultivation of students’ abilities. This is particularly evident in the English teaching of higher vocational colleges.
