六氟化硫(SF6)是一种重要的工业原料,具有良好的化学稳定性、绝缘性和灭弧性,并具有无毒、难氧化及抗电强度强等优点,被广泛应用于电气等行业的产品中〔1〕。SF6是1997年《京都议定书》中规定减少排放的6种温室气体之一,其单位重量的增温潜力能力是CO2的23 900倍。SF6在电弧作用下会分解为其他物质,且大部分分解产物有毒性,少量泄露即可导致接触者出现不同程度的头晕、恶心症状〔2〕。就六氟化硫的理化性质、自身及分解产物毒性、健康危害和现场检测方法的研究进展进行了综述。
Sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) is an important industrial raw material, with good chemical stability, insulation and arc-quenching, and has the advantages of non-toxic, difficult oxidation and strong electric strength, is widely used in electrical Industry products 〔1〕. SF6 is one of six greenhouse gases regulated by the 1997 Kyoto Protocol to reduce emissions and has a warming potential of 23,900 times CO2 per unit weight. SF6 under the action of the arc will be broken down into other substances, and most of the decomposition products are toxic, a small amount of leakage can cause contact with varying degrees of dizziness, nausea (2). The physical and chemical properties of sulfur hexafluoride, its own and decomposition products toxicity, health hazards and on-site detection methods are reviewed.
